This is my money story…
There is hope! I used to let my debt overwhelm me. I’ve also had some pretty big money goals with no idea how or where I would find the money, so I know where you are coming from. I used to have so many harmful beliefs around money. I believed that money came with expectations and strings attached. That it was used to manipulate and created conflict. I also felt worthless, like I wasn’t worthy of money. One day, I found myself saying “no” to a pay increase. I literally pushed money away!

Format of Monthly Sessions:
Each month, whether private or group, we will meet with the following format:
Setting the Mood: by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by lighting candles, bringing comforting snacks & drinks, bringing flowers or essential oils, etc.
Money Mindset Activity: to get in the right frame of mind with our money.
Set Goals for the Future: by setting goals that are in alignment with our vision for our financial future.
Review our Current State of Finances: by reviewing budgets, accounts & statements.
Discuss Strategies, Tools, Processes & Actions: to consider as part of your new money story.
Accountability for the Hard Stuff: If there is an area you are avoiding, this is the time to do it! Open mail, check accounts, make the phone calls, etc.

This program is available through a discounted Group Coaching or through Private Coaching. Schedule a 15 minute discovery call if you'd like some help figuring out which is best for you.

Each group will have between 6 - 12 members to keep it small & intimate.

How much or how little you share is up to you. You don't need to share about how much money you have or make.

Yes, as we are dealing with sensitive information all information is confidential & members will sign an agreement to that effect.

We are creating groups with 6 or more members and a new cohort starts each month. The time and date for each cohort is chosen by the group.
Info on dates will be sent via email once we fill a cohort & the member can opt out if the date doesn't work for them by emailing us at moneymindsetwithmelissa@gmail.com.

We will meet once per month for an hour & a half. We encourage you to partner up with someone & continue to work together in your workbook throughout each month.
